    Dr. Stephen Callaway

Associate Professor at University of Toledo

I am pleased to recommend Narges Mashhadi Nejad. She is a PhD student in the College of Business and Innovation at the University of Toledo, and has been my research assistant for a couple of years now. In this capacity, she has made important contributions both in terms of theoretical development as well as empirical methods, for our research projects. Overall her work has been exemplary. We are currently working on five papers. Ms. Narges’ oral and written communication skills are very good and she is quite personable. She displays confidence and professionalism in all her work and communication. I believe she would be a real asset in whatever her endeavors. I recommend her highly.
